This complimentary call is a chance for us to connect and discuss what's bringing you to coaching. We'll explore your concerns, questions, goals, and I'll share how I can support you through perimenopause and menopause. There is no pressure or obligation but rather a supportive conversation to help you gain clarity and determine whether coaching feels like the right next step.
