This complimentary call is a chance for us to connect and talk about what's bringing you to menopause coaching. We'll discuss what your'e looking for, what kind of support you need, and how coaching might fit into your menopause journey. There's no pressure or obligation. This is an opportunity to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit.
