Meet Stacey Chavarria

Certified Health Coach

Hi, I’m Stacey.  I’m a mom, a wife, and a health coach.  When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me at the gym, walking my dog, hiking a trail in the Colorado mountains, working in my yard, cooking, or redesigning yet another room in my house!  Health and wellness have always been a big part of my life, and it is something I love sharing with others.  

 

Before becoming a certified health coach, I spent nearly 15 years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Movement has always been my passion, but along the way I also discovered how much nutrition, sleep, and stress management matter for long-term health.  I get excited to learn about the latest nutrition research or test out small changes that make a big impact.  I bring that same curiosity and enthusiasm to my coaching.  

 

Like many families, we have had to adjust along the way.  We have navigated food intolerances, blood sugar challenges, kidney stones, and even cancer.  I have experienced injuries myself and my husband has had his share of setbacks too.  Those moments reminded me how important it is to build resilience and be prepared, not just to prevent health issues, but also to have the strength to face them if they come.  

 

As a coach, my goal is to help you create sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle.  Whether you want more energy, less stress, or just to feel more confident in your daily routine, I will be there to support you with accountability, encouragement, and practical strategies.  With my background in health and wellness and my degree in psychology, I blend evidence-based approaches with compassionate coaching to help you create lasting change.  

 

At the end of the day, I want you to feel strong, capable, and confident in your own health journey.  I want to give you the tools and confidence that empower you to build healthy habits to thrive for a lifetime!

We will have regular coaching sessions to discuss progress, challenges, and adjust strategies.  I will also support you in building your own accountability system to build discipline moving forward.

Ultimately, our partnership will increase your sense of confidence and control, which will empower you to manage your health more effectively.  Health coaching has been shown to positively affect chronic disease  and weight management, increase physical activity, improve dietary habits, reduce stress and improve mental health.
